Yes. We guarantee our quotes up to the expiration date. If you need to ship a car after you quote expired, call us for an updated quote (it might not change, but the pricing depend on many factors out of our control).

When and why do quotes expire?

Your quote expires after 7 days because the market fluctuates based on several factors and we can only guarantee a price for short term.
Depending on the route the price might not change for months, but you'd need to request an updated quote if needed at a later date.

Why Quotes Might Change

Mileage and the size of the vehicle are the main factor in determining the rate for a particular route, but many other factors affect pricing: supply and demand for a particular route, time of year, weather, gas prices, popularity of route.

When do I have to pay?

After we'll have you vehicle schedule on a truck we will contact you for the deposit (up to $200). You can pay online or over the phone.

How far in advance should I book?

We suggest to book your order about 1 week before the earliest date it can be picked up.

Can you transport an inoperable vehicle?

Yes. We can transport non-running vehicles, but they must still roll, steer and break properly. Make sure you communicate to our transport specialist that your car is non-operational, we need to send out a truck with a winch to be able to load it.

How should I prepare my vehicle?

It is recommended that you don't fill up the tank (a quarter tank or less is ideal) and wash your vehicle before you have it shipped . This allows you to make an accurate evaluation of your vehicle’s condition at the time of the pick-up. We also suggest that you remove any accessories, your toll transponder and any personal belongings.
